On July 20, David Ryon, 2010 Constitution Party Nominee for U.S. Representative in Ohio's 15th Congressional District, and his wife Julie had their second baby daughter at St. Ann's Hospital. Joanne Regina Ryon was born at 3:29 p.m. Joanne weighed 7 lbs. 11 ozs. and 19 1/2 inches long.
"Baby and mom are doing great." Ryon said. "We will be heading home Thursday morning.". Ryon continued, "Plus, we are having a birthday party for our two-year old daughter on Sunday that we have to prepare.". Ryon laughed, "Kaylee loves watching Yo Gabba Gabba so her birthday party theme this year was an easy decision for us.".
